Ann Marie Collins

Private Flute Instructor

With over 15 years of private teaching experience and 25 years of flute expertise, Ann Marie is a classically trained flutist with a Bachelor of Music from James Madison University. She studied under Dr. Beth Cahill for four years as a member of the JMU flute studio. Her repertoire encompasses everything from Baroque to Classical to Romantic styles, Irish and Rock techniques, Modern compositions and more. Ann Marie’s qualifications and expertise were developed through numerous recitals, auditions, private lessons, ensemble performances, and master classes with various artists in residency including world-renowned author and acclaimed flutist Trevor Wye.
